Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: Most items (like shirts and prints) are made to order and ship within 7-10 business days. You'll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the way!

Q: Where do you ship?
A: I currently ship to the U.S. and select international countries. If you’re unsure about your location, feel free to reach out before ordering.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours. After that, production begins and I can’t make changes — so double-check before you hit that checkout button!

🎨 Commissions

Q: How do I request a custom pet portrait?
A: Easy! Head to the Commissions page and follow the steps. Send your reference photos to hello@cursedcarp.com, and I’ll get back to you with details.

Q: How long do commissions take?
A: Custom portraits typically take 4-6 weeks depending on my queue. Need it faster? Let me know, and I’ll see what I can do! (Rush fees may apply.)

Q: Do you only paint pets?
A: Right now, pets are my main focus — but if you’ve got another idea (fantasy creature? tattoo inspo?), feel free to pitch it. I love creative projects.

📚 Books & Writing

Q: When is your debut series coming out?
A: Stay tuned! My first book is expected to launch in July. Follow me on socials or join my email list to get updates!

Q: Do you offer signed copies?
A: Yes — once my book is out, I’ll have special signed editions available here on the site. You’ll want to grab those before they sell out!
